Connect an AI assistant
Pekunia has no chat of its own. It offers every action it can perform as MCP tools instead, so you can use the assistant you already have — it signs in as you and sees exactly what you see, nothing more.
https://mcp.pekunia.me/mcpThis is the only thing a client needs. Sign-in, permissions and the list of tools are discovered from it.
- In Claude — claude.ai in a browser, or the desktop app — open Settings and go to Connectors.
- Choose “Add custom connector”, name it Pekunia and paste the endpoint above as its URL.
- Claude sends you to the Pekunia sign-in. Log in with your usual account and approve the access — the connection is yours alone, and you can revoke it in the same place.
- Start a chat and ask away: “how much did I spend on groceries in July?”, or “book 12.50 for lunch today”. Claude asks before it writes anything.
Using Claude Code instead? One command does the same:
claude mcp add --transport http pekunia https://mcp.pekunia.me/mcpChatGPT, Cursor, VS Code, Zed, an agent you wrote yourself — they all connect the same way. Point the client at the endpoint above:
- Transport: streamable HTTP on that URL. Not stdio, and nothing to install locally.
- Sign-in: OAuth 2.1 with PKCE, discovered from the same URL. Most clients register themselves, so there is nothing to paste but the address.
- A client that cannot register itself needs a client ID and secret. Create one under Settings → Integrations, with the redirect URI that client shows you.

Every change it makes is recorded like your own and can be undone under Settings → History. Revoke its access in your assistant and it stops immediately.
