Questions before you start

Do I need a Pekunia account?

No. You can create an event without one, and the others can join through your invitation link. An account is optional and stops anyone else from using your name in the event.

Can we split a cost between only some of us?

Yes. For each expense, choose who took part and how much each person should cover.

What changes if I link my Pekunia account?

Nobody else can pick your name or add entries as you. Sending a payment request takes a tap, and you can bring your own share of the event into Pekunia Budget.

Who can edit expenses in an event without accounts?

Everyone in an event can add, change or remove any expense, with or without an account, so whoever spots a mistake can fix it. Each entry shows who added it, and with a linked account nobody else can add entries as you.
